➕➕INGREDIENTS
250g 2 cups wholemeal flour
120g (1/2 cup) rice syrup
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp baking powder
300-400 ml milk (1 1/2 – 2 cups milk)
5 tbsp sunflower seed oil

⏩⏩Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Pour one tbsp into a heated waffle maker and cook until goldenly brown. Top with fresh fruits and whatever you like.
I made a gut friendly cream for the topping which consists of soy yoghurt, psyllium husks, acai powder, rice syrup and 3 capsules with probiotics. The white cream is vegan cream cheese. And I also topped them with frozen berries and dragon fruit.
