WAFFLE WEDNESDAY throwback to these Keto waffles from a while back, because what I wouldn’t give for them right now! Dreaming as I continue to work on my to-do list that somehow seems to be getting longer ? It’s a crazy time of year so I just keep reminding myself to keep swimming ?‍♀️ and breathing ? Happy Wednesday loves! Which one would you go for first?





DEETS: waffle toppings: 1. Avocado, @vitalfarms egg, @seedsofcollaboration Tahini, micro greens, hemp seeds. 2. Homemade chocolate syrup made with @lakantosweetener, strawberries and @salbachia chocolate covered chia seeds. 3. @so_delicious Cocowhip, berries, @woodstockfoods Seeds, @spreadthelove Almond butter. 4. Micro greens, prosciutto and @vitalfarms Egg. Recipe: 30 g coconut flour, 7 g ground psyllium husk, 20 g @nunaturals oat fiber, 1/2 tsp cream of tartar, 2 tbls almond milk yogurt, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 3/4 cup egg whites, optional sweetener. Whisk together and cook according to waffle maker. •
