Just saute veggies of your choice in a few tablespoons sesame oil…2 red bell pepper, 1 large onion, 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, and 3 cups shredded cabbage. Separately, saute tofu strips until brown. After about 10 min of cook time on the veggies, add your sauce ingredients. Which are: 1/4 cup each of liquid aminos and low sodium soy sauce, 2 T rice vinegar, 2 T maple syrup, 1 T fresh ginger, 3 cloves minced garlic, and slurry of 2 t cornstarch whisked with small amount of water. Add chili flakes and/or sriracha, and scallion/sesame seeds to garnish ????
