🔸1 / 2 cup cashews🔸1 / 2 cup almonds or almond flour🔸1 / 2 cup dried cranberries 🔸1 tsp chia seeds🔸1 / 2 cup chopped dates (approx. 6-7 pieces)
🔸1 / 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract🔸3 tsp coconut oil 🔸A pinch of salt.
Finely grind the cashew nuts and almonds using a blender or a food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until it becomes a uniform mass.
Form balls from the mass.
Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
