Just saute up your veggies in a small amount of oil, splash of low sodium tamari or soy sauce, and garlic powder. I used carrot, sweet potato, zucchini, corn, brocc and topped with green onion, crunchy peanuts and cilantro. ??

Sauce: whisk the following extremely well – 1/3 cup natural peanut butter, 4 to 5 T water, 2 t oil, 1 T rice wine vinegar, 5 t low sodium tamari or soy sauce ( soy sauce has stronger flavor in my opinion), 1 t sriracha or more, 1.5 t onion powder, 1 t garlic powder, 2 t maple syrup, 1/2 t ginger powder. Add touch more water if desired! ??
