Tonight, Pizza! So I get the organic pizza kit from cosco, mix the sauce with vegan pesto I have on hand recipe @food52 , topped with roasted veggies, Miyoko’s fresh veganmozz, Parmesan recipe @dreenaburton, and I crumble up some store bought veggie burger cause that’s what my cool whiz in the kitchen 81 year old dad does as a short cut ❤️broil pizza for the last 2 min to get cheese and burger pieces brown ??
