The ultimate vegan pizza with homemade crust and vegan cheese. You can easily make this at home in under 40 minutes including prep time. How wonderful is that!? And guess what, it tastes great as leftover, too! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Here’s how to make my version of vegan pizza:⠀
[Thicc Crust]:⠀
• 2.5 cups bread flour • 1 cup warm water⠀
• 1 tbs organic sugar⠀
• 2 tbs olive oil⠀
• 1 tsp Himalayan salt⠀
Instructions:⠀
1. Mix warm water with sugar in a large bowl, mix well until sugar dissolves. ⠀
2. Add active dry yeast. Then, rest for about 10 minutes, allowing the yeast to bloom.⠀
3. Add bread flour, olive oil, and salt.⠀
Stir everything together, forming a dough.⠀
4. Knead for a few minutes just until you get a smooth dough. Rest in an oiled bowl, covered for 10 minutes.⠀
5. As the dough rests, prepare the toppings and make vegan cheese:⠀

• 1/2 cup raw cashew, soaked⠀
• 1 cup plant milk⠀
• 1 tsp miso paste⠀
• 1 tsp Himalayan salt⠀
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder⠀
• 1/4 cup nutritional yeast⠀
• 3 tbs tapioca starch⠀

6. Blend all ingredients together for a few minutes. ⠀
7. In a nonstick pan, simmer the mixture on low heat while stirring vigorously for about 10-15 minutes. ⠀
8. Once the mixture turns into a dough-like paste and begins to pull away from the pan, turn off the heat. Cheese is done.⠀
9. Turn the rested pizza dough out on a floured surface, pull and fold before flipping the dough over to get it evenly dusted.⠀
10. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan and press down until the crust is equally thick.⠀
11. Spread 2 tbs of pizza sauce and add toppings, topped with vegan cheese.⠀
12. Bake at 425 for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked all the way through.⠀
13. Serve hot.⠀
14. Indulge.⠀
