These sweet potato chips are actually cooked in the microwave and they get super crispy without having to use much oil. If you have a mandolin they are quick to make as well. .

On the right is my go to snack right now. Super savory, less guilt than chips or crackers, and a perfect mindless snack to pop in your mouth when you’re watching a movie. The nutrition info is for the whole amount pictured but that is way more than I would eat in one sitting. .
