SQUASHING my face into this butternut squash waffle plate because this chick is HUNGRY! Back home from my trip to Florida visiting my family, and I got to spend a wonderful four days with my Grampa, my sister and my aunts. Actually feeling a little under the weather, so I’m resting up today and working on some new projects. AND making a butternut squash soup today so I’m just enjoying autumn’s bounty. Recipe and deets for these waffles below. Hope you’re all having an amazing Wednesday!! Sending lots of love and light to you all ❤️



Deets: 1. Avocado, hemp seeds and pomegranate seeds. 2. Pea shoots and sautéed shrimp cooked in coconut oil and bone broth. 3. Pea shoots, @vitalfarms Egg, leftover delicata roasted. 4. Almond milk yogurt, berries, @spreadthelove Almond butter and coconut. Recipe: 3 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tablespoon flax seed, 1 egg, 2 whites, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 cup cooked butternut squash (or any squash). Blend all ingredients and cook according to waffle maker. •
