Some dreamy hasselback potatoes on #flashbackfriday I love making this dish, not too hard to do and always a crowd pleaser! I kind of wish I could switch the toppings in this pic tho. 🤔 I’m currently in the mood for some melted cheese with some fresh rosemary & thyme. Anyway, here I served it with vegan sour cream, cabbage salad, & a broccoli/chick pea mix. Hasselback hack: before slicing potatoes, cut a sliver off the bottom, so while you are slicing those extra thin slices the potato remains stable 💚Coming to the tail end of my family vaca, but I’m looking forward to coming home.
