Soft 🥞 with grilled bananas, blueberries and chocolate sauce!

Happy #pancakesunday 🥞everyone. Sharing my kids’ favorite weekend breakfast today and hope you like them too. ..
Recipe
Dry Ingredients:
~ 1 cup of all-purpose flour
~ 2 tbsp pure cane sugar
~ 1 tbsp baking powder
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
~ dash of cinnamon
Wet ingredients:
~ 1 1/4 cups of almond milk
~ 1 tbsp oil
Toppings:
~ dark chocolate drizzle
~ blueberries
~ grilled banana slices

In a bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together. Pour in the wet ingredients, then mix until combined. The batter will have a thick and lumpy texture. Lightly grease a pan with butter or oil, pour 1/2 cup of batter and pan fry on medium-low heat. When bubbles appear, flip and cook each side until golden brown. Topped with chocolate drizzles, blueberries, and banana slices. Serve warm and enjoy!
