Soft and chewy chocolate chip ??

Happy Hump Day, my Insta friends?. Sharing a midweek treat because we need some sweetness in our life.?
To get your cookie soft and chewy, you need partially melted butter and a mix of brown and white sugars.

Recipe
Dry Ingredients:
~ 1 1/4 cups of flour (leveled with the back of your knife)
~ 1/4 tsp baking soda
~ 1/4 tsp baking powder
~ 1/4 tsp salt
~ 1/2 cups light brown sugar
~ 1/4 cups pure cane sugar

Wet ingredients:
~ 5oz of melted butter
~ 3 tbsp aquafaba = 1 egg
~ 1 tsp vanilla extract

~ chocolate chips (used a mixed of semi sweet and dark)
.
In a heated pan, add in butter and turn off heat until part of the butter melted. Let cool a little and add aquafaba and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together, add wet ingredients in and mix well until a dough forms, fold in however many chocolate chips your ? tells you. Preheat oven to 370F and lay a parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Roll your dough into balls (made golf ball size) and bake at 370F for 10-12 mins, let cool for 5 mins then transfer to cooling rack to let it set completely. Enjoy with a cup of milk – dunk!?
