Raw Granola Bars with Blackberry Jam by @sweetcoconutdiaries

1/4 cup almond flakes
1/4 cup coconut chips
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tsp maca powder
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 corn cakes
7 frozen blackberries
5 juicy dried plums
2 tsp ground flax seed
Pulse in a food processor to break up the dry ingredients slightly.
Pulse again till dates have been roughly chopped.
Turn the food processor on pulse option for another 30s or till you see the ingredients stick together into granola consistency. Transfer it onto a greaseproof paper and form your bars. Pop them in the fridge for few minutes while you prepare the jam topping.
Blend together until combined but not smooth to get a jam consistency, layer over the bars and enjoy fresh! They can be stored in the fridge too for a day or two.
