Almond meal base
3/4 cup of almond
4 pitted and soaked dates
4 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
2 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 cup pitted dates (soaked for a few hours)
6 tablespoons of unhealed tahini
3 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
dash of almond milk
Peanut butter layer:
4 tablespoon of melted peanut butter
Using a food processor, blend almonds until well blended then gradually add dates then. coconut oil.
Scoop out of and pour in flat tray and place in freezer for 30 minutes
On high speed blend soaked dates, tahini and maple syrup in food processor
Slowly and gradually add coconut oil
Add a dash of almond milk and then pour over base and smooth over
Place in Freezer for another 30 min
Peanut Butter layer
Simply melt peanut butter and then pour over caramel layer
Your caramel Slice is now ready to eat! To serve, allow caramel to thaw for a few minutes before slicing caramel slices.
