Ingredients for the smoothie⠀
1 cup of frozen blueberries⠀
1 tbsp hemp protein powder⠀
200 ml almond drink⠀
Buckwheat, banana, chia seeds, popped quinoa, hemp seeds, blueberries and coconut chips.⠀
Put everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
