Potstickers with ginger sesame dressing and @lotusfoods organic forbidden rice. I added some lemongrass bell peppers and steamed broccoli to go with it. Delicious? bowl with lots of texture and flavors, definitely a Fri-Yay bowl.??

Recipe
Ingredients:
~ Homemade dumplings, potstickers style (check my recipes from previous posts)
~ 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
~ 2 cups of cooked rice
~ 3 tablespoons chopped lemon grass
~ 1 large bell pepper, diced
~ 2 teaspoons grated ginger
~ 1 tablespoon soy sauce/amino
~ sesame oil
~ salt to taste
~ water

Lemongrass bell pepper – In a heated pan with no oil, sauté lemongrass for about 1 minute, then add 2 teaspoons sesame oil and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes and season with salt, set aside.
Ginger sesame dressing – In a bowl, whisk together 2 teaspoons grated ginger, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 tablespoons water until well combined. Drizzle some on potstickers when ready to serve.

*If you make a batch of dumplings, you may freeze them for future use. Super handy!
