Noodles with a simple and addictive sauce. Mix sesame paste or tahini, sesame oil, soy sauce or tamari, chinkiang vinegar and a crushed garlic to taste. Add more sesame oil or a splash of hot water to make it runny if needed. Toss sauce with your choice of Asian wheat or rice noodles, top with shredded chicken or tofu, cucumbers, scallions, sesame seeds and a healthy dollop of @lahttsauce chili oil sauce.
