HUMP DAY TACOS! HONEY CHIPOTLE SALMON WITH MANGO AVOCADO JALAPEÑO SALSA! Happy Wednesday loves. Literally just made these for lunch with leftover salmon and mango-avocado salsa from the other night. Also featuring my mom’s homemade peach habanero hot sauce with garden fresh peppers ? Unfortunately it’s not available for order, but she did make her own label ❤️ I’ve shared this salsa and salmon recipe both before but sharing again below. Tacos are seriously the best ? Anyone else agree?

Deets: @sietefoods tortillas, @lef_farms greens, shredded red cabbage, salmon, salsa and my moms hot sauce. Salsa: 2 ripe avocados chopped, 2 ripe mangos chopped, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/3 cup chopped red onion, 1/3 cup cilantro chopped, juice from 1.5 limes, 1/2 jalapeño minced, 2 teaspoons coconut aminos, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. SALMON: preheat oven to 400. Make a sauce with 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 garlic clove minced, 2 teaspoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon chipotle, 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Take one pound of wild salmon patted dry, seasoned with salt and pepper and seared in ghee skin side up first two minutes. Flip, add some chopped scallions and pour sauce over the salmon. Place pan in oven for about 5 minutes. •
