Homemade smoke potato chips from the Philips Airfryer (hot air fryer) ♥
,
Hello my love! I've had the Airfryer for 2 years now. And it's soooo worth it! Was really skeptical at first and never thought that you could conjure up such great sacks, main dishes, cakes etc.!

Up to 90% less fat with 100% taste?

Peel the potatoes and thinly slic them with a slicer (I always make them in cold water for half an hour so that the starch comes out), then simply sieve and pat dry (!!), then I let them lie a little so that they are really dry. Put the potatoes in a bowl and mix with beechwood smoked salt @spice_bar, pepper and olive oil.
Place small portions in the Airfryer so that the chips become evenly crispy. Approximately Take out the basket every 2 minutes and shake well. Cook the first 12 minutes at 160 degrees and the next 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
