Homemade Corn & Mushroom Empanadas ??? with chimichurri sauce & chipotle aioli for dipping. Going along with my dumpling obsession, I was pretty excited to try this recipe. But is an empanada even a dumpling? ? Anyway, I knew it was going to take some time but I was all IN and it was so worth it. Trying my best to get more comfortable working with & handling dough, but it’s all good. Recipe link will be in my stories and then moving to my highlights??
