INGREDIENTS: 2 cups cooked quinoa ? 1 orange or yellow bell pepper diced ? 2 cups roasted brussel sprouts ? 1/2 cup roasted peppers ? 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes ? .
Whisk your dressing: 1/3 cup olive oil ? juice of 1 lemon ? 1 teaspoon each kosher salt and pepper ? 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard ? 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. ????
