Healthy-ish dessert for breakfast? Yes, please! ? Overnight oats with peanut butter, banana, @nature_valley granola, raisins, blueberries and shredded coconut ?? I mixed half cup rolled oats with 1 cup almond milk, 1 T chia seeds, 2 T golden flax seed meal. Then added alllll those toppings before eating. Making this overnight OR half hour-ish before eating works just fine! ?
