?Happy Friday Eve friends. Any big weekend plans? I think I will be eating these chocolate banana chia parfaits all weekend long! How does that sound? And so easy to make.?.

.?Simply combine 1c almond milk (or any milk) + about 1tbsp cocoa powder and whisk. Add 1/2 large mashed banana and whisk again. Mix in 1/4c chia seeds. (Add some maple syrup to taste if desired.) Mix together and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Layered with vanilla chia pudding, hazelnuts and millet puffs?.
