Gluten-free pizza for breakfast??

Have you tried cauliflower pizza crust before? It’s now my must have item in the freezer. It’s easy to use and flavorful. Give it a try if you haven’t.

Here are the ingredients I used:
~ 1 cauliflower pizza crust (Trader Joe’s brand)
~ 1/2 cup vegan cheese
~ 1/4 cup heirloom tomatoes, halved
~ 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms, sautéd
~ 1 package of @foodies *artichoke burgers, pan fry in a nonstick pan with a little oil until brown
~ tomato sauce
~ fresh basil
Bake pizza crust according to package instruction. If you are using Trader Joe’s brand, my recommendation is reduce the amount of baking time and bake both sides, taste way better.
Place all toppings except basil and bake for another 5 – 10 mins or until cheese started to melt. Then turn broiler to low and broil for another 3 mins. Super easy?? for a quick hot breakfast, agree?
