INGREDIENTS (2 patties each 258cal/21P/19C/10F):
Marinade:
-1/2 package extra firm tofu
-1 Tbsp white vinegar
-2 Tbsp lemon juice
-1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1 Tbsp dried dill
-salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 sheet nori
Crust:
-1/3 cup plant milk
-3 Tbsp flour
-2 cups crushed cornflakes
(marinate the tofu for 1-2 hours/ coat in the crust and fry until golden brown)
