Face PLANTAIN-ING into SALMON SUNDAY! With this TACO seasoned salmon and MANGO AVOCADO crema! Happy Sunday loves! Been a busy weekend filled with work and relaxation. A nice balance. I had a lot to get done before leaving for Cali on Tuesday. My boyfriend and I did get to go out on a little date yesterday afternoon. I spent the morning prepping food for him and the kids for the week because I can’t help but stock up on good food ? made this bowl for lunch and it hit the spot! headed to yoga in a bit and super excited! It’s been too long. What did you do this weekend? •


Deets: arugula, peas, cabbage, roasted tomatoes, plantains sliced length wise and sprinkles with sat then quickly seared in coconut oil, @thrivemkt wild salmon seasoned with @primalpalate taco seasoning and pan seared in coconut oil, and this mango avocado crema. Crema: 1 avocado, 3 tablespoons @nancysyogurt plain oat milk yogurt, 1/3 cup cilantro, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup mango, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce, 2 teaspoons coconut aminos, 1/3 teaspoon pepper, hot pepper flakes. •
