EGAN PIZZA!!🍕from @plantfuture 🙌🏼 Are you following the awesome @plantfuture ??⠀
INGREDIENTS:⠀

FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE:⠀
-⠀
– 1 can chopped tomatoes – 1 sprig fresh oregano or 2 tsp dried⠀
– 1 tsp sugar⠀
– 1 tbsp olive oil⠀
– Salt & pepper to taste⠀
-⠀
-⠀
FOR THE SPINACH:⠀
-⠀
– 1 tbsp olive oil⠀
– 1 garlic clove, sliced⠀
– 1/2 red chilli, sliced⠀
– 100g baby spinach⠀
– Salt & pepper to taste⠀
-⠀
-⠀
FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:⠀
-⠀
– 600g all purpose flour⠀
– 1 tbsp sugar⠀
– 1 tbsp dried active yeast⠀
– 1 teaspoon salt – 500ml warm water⠀
-⠀
-⠀
FOR THE PIZZA TOPPINGS:⠀
-⠀
– 50g artichokes in oil, drained⠀
– 50g vegan cheese, grated⠀
– Small handful of rocket (arugula) leaves -⠀
-⠀
METHOD:⠀
-⠀
1. For the tomato sauce, simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Set aside.⠀
2. For the spinach, heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the garlic and chilli for a few seconds, then add the spinach and cook for a couple minutes until it has wilted. Season with salt & pepper then transfer the spinach to a plate covered with a paper towel. ⠀
3. For the pizza dough, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until a dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface and kneed the dough for 10 minutes. Form the dough into a large ball then leave in the bowl covered with a damp kitchen towel for around 1 -2 hours.⠀
4. To make the pizza take some dough and try to create a pizza shape as best you can (it can be any shape! Lol) …. Make sure the pizza base is covered with lots of flour so you can transfer it easily to the oven.⠀
5. Cover the dough with the tomato sauce and rest of the toppings as shown in the video.⠀
6. Cook for around 10-12 minutes in a hot oven set at 220ºC. It may take slightly longer depending on your oven.⠀
7. To serve, cover with the rocket leaves 🙂 ENJOY!
