Cookie Dough Bars by @sixvegansisters

1 batch of our no-bake cookie dough
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Make our cookie dough (recipe HERE!)
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
Make the chocolate ganache:
Melt the chocolate chips (we love these minis and these regular sized!) and coconut oil in the microwave (20 second intervals) or using a double broiler.
Pour the ganache over the cookie dough.
Refrigerate or freeze until set.
Cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
