Crumbled @housefoodsamerica tofu (or your favorite protein) in a saute pan with a bit of oil and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and garlic powder. Cook and stir over medium heat for 4 minutes, add a diced bell pepper, and cook until nicely browned, about 5 to 7 more minutes. Add a handful of spinach at the end, and I served over toast. I used @daveskillerbread and added a nice dollop of homemade 5 minute hummus on top ????

5 minute hummus: 1 can @goyafoods chickpeas drained and rinsed, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 minced garlic clove or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Blend in food processor, stir, blend again, add more salt or lemon juice if desired. ??
