Ingredients bean filling
230g black beans (already boiled)
4g garlic
20g yellow onion
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 ml cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
110g passed tomatoes
1 tsp coconut oil (for frying)
For serving
Tortilla bread
Spinach
Avocado
Tomato
Cucumber
Salsa
1. Start with frying the onion and garlic in coconut oil.
2. Add the bean, passed tomato, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper. Stir on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
3. Serve with tortilla bread, veggies, mashed avocado and salsa.
