?Asian cauliflower alfredo pasta bowl? + red lentil pasta, sesame-tossed tomatoes and garlicky bok choy. Hope you’ll try this cauliflower alfredo recipe. It’s just a few ingredients and oh so tasty. I had some left-over cauliflower rice from my previous post so used it to make this pasta sauce. ?Food waste is not cool friends!!! Thank you @thevegansara and @nourishing.andreea for the story mention yesterday. I am so happy to have made such sweet friends here. Happy Tuesday.
?Recipe: Heat 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil. Sauté 1/2 white onion (roughly chopped) and 4 garlic cloves (smashed) a few minutes until fragrant. Add 3 cups cauliflower rice. (To make: process cauliflower florets until rice-like.) Sauté about 5 minutes. Add water to just cover the cauliflower. Stir and simmer with lid until water is absorbed. Blend on high with 1 tbsp mellow miso paste, 1 tbsp low-sodium tamari, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. .
