Celebrating WAFFLE WEDNESDAY with this new FLUFFY KETO WAFFLE recipe (6 ingredients!!). I showed these babies in my stories earlier. Happy Wednesday loves. Took an unintentional break yesterday from IG, but I got so much done that needed to get done! Thanks to all of you who tuned in on my IG Live last night. DEETS: waffle toppings: 1. Avocado, egg, Tahini, @manitobaharvest hemp seeds. 2. Homemade no sugar chocolate spread made with @nuzest_usa vita kick, strawberries and chocolate covered chia seeds. 3. @so_delicious Coco whip, berries, granola, almond butter. 4. Arugula, smoked salmon and Egg. Recipe: 3 tablespoons coconut flour, 1/4 cup almond butter (I used @barneybutter, 3 eggs, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, optional sweetener. Whisk together and cook according to waffle maker. •
