Artichoke & Kalamata White Bean Hummus 😋🍃 I love hummus, but am a sucker for hummus with toppings 🎉❤ I was inspired by my friend Seyran’s hummus creations at @legallyplantbased and had to create my own version. The 5 minute recipe is below! Such a crowd-pleaser too, and convenient to whip together in a flash 👍🍃

Blend the following in a food processor: 1 can rinsed and drained cannellini beans, 1 T tahini, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Once smooth, top with 1/4 cup each chopped kalamata olives and chopped marinated artichokes, and fresh herbs if you have them. I used cilantro 😋 as i had on hand 🍃👍
