A simple nourish bowl, because food doesn’t have to be fancy ?? One of the biggest things I see clients struggle with is creating delicious, nourishing meals that don’t take much time. Trust me- I was a post-secondary student for 7 years, and now am a busy entrepreneur- I get it ?♀️ This is why I’m creating something for you that will help make our life easier and more delicious, all while helping you to get the necessary nutrients you need on a plant-based diet (whether you’re fully vegan or not!) ✨ I’m SO excited to share more about this with you, but for now, I’ll give you a sneak peak with this super-simple bowl ?.
.
Bowl deets ??: Brown rice cooked in the Instant pot on high for 15 minutes in low sodium veggie broth. While that’s cooking (or you could meal prep it ahead of time!), use my super simple roasted chickpea techniquq of adding a can of drained and rinsed chickpeas to a pan with any spices you love (I used garlic powder, oregano and smoked paprika). Saute in the pan for ~10 minutes until crisp. This is my go-to method when I want roasted chickpeas QUICK without having to turn on the oven! Such a game changer! ✨ Add any veggies you like, and pair with my super simple tahini lemon drizzle (FREE recipe can be found in my highlights under Ebook!). Enjoy! ?
