First thing you think ? of where do I get my protein source from? Am I going to lose muscle?? Here’s some plant based protein sources, that are easy to get your hands on and incorporate into your meals:

• Lentils
• Pea protein powder
• Quinoa
• Chickpeas garbanzo beans
• Kidney beans

The protein amounts given are PER 100g of the food. 100g of these would be good amounts for meals with the exception of protein powder which 30g would be the correct serving size.
