Cozy Tomato, Zucchini & White Bean Stew with crunchy breadcrumb, dill and pine nut topping ??

Sharing a simple and hearty stew today, that has lots of texture and delicious flavor ?? .
Saute 1/3 cup finely chopped onion in 1 T olive oil until translucent. Add 3 cloves minced garlic, cook another minute. Add 1 28 oz. tin crushed tomatoes, 3 cups vegetable broth, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 can white beans (drained), 1/2 tsp pepper, 3/4 cup dry arborio rice, 1 T dried basil, 1 T dried oregano. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cook until rice is tender. Meanwhile, saute 2 small zucchini chopped in a bit of oil for about 4 min until browned (careful not to overcook to mushy!) Add another cup of broth to the stew to thin out if desired, and add zucchini. For topping, toast 1/4 cup each seasoned panko breadcrumbs and pine nuts, cool then combine with 3 T chopped fresh dill (or sub with fresh basil or parsley). ???
