4-Ingredient Cauliflower Pops—sharing this new and super easy recipe! These pops are really simple to make and really addicting. They also remind me eating tater toad made of potato but these are of course from cauliflower! Trust me when I say it’s hard to stop once you start munching on them ? these are the perfect finger food to share with friends, family, or yourself! ?

Here are the 4 ingredients you’ll need:
650g cauliflower florets (from 2 medium heads)
3 gloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt, or to taste
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Plus some canola or other neutral oil for cooking!

It’s been a bust past few weeks for me and I’ve really been scrambling to get things done on time so I need to remind myself every now and then to take breaks and rest. I’m still finding that balance between being productive while also cutting myself some slack since I tend to always want to be doing something with my time but just really need to remind myself that it’s okay to not do anything at times and just relax—and watch more movies!
