Who would’ve thought my recipes would be featured in a magazine?!?! Still pretty surreal and I’m really grateful to be featured in @thrivemags’ issue alongside other amazing individuals. These copies took a while to get to me because I live all the way in the Philippines—all the more reason to be really grateful because I never would’ve thought that what I share here could reach so many people, let alone make it on print. I actually just got these yesterday and I’m so happy to finally have seen the spreads in person. I don’t think this could’ve been possible without everyone who’s supported me along the way so thank you. ✨

To celebrate I made 3 different chia pudding bowls that I’ll share more about soon. Really enjoyed working with something sweet and really colorful for a change!
