Sweet & Spicy Tofu and Ramen Bowl 🌿🎉

Something with a little spice to celebrate Friday!🌿🍃🌞🎉 Pair with your favorite raw veggies for an easy and super tasty meal 🙋🎉

1/2 package tofu, sliced in cubes and pressed well to remove liquid
Cornstarch, salt and garlic powder
Cooked ramen noodle (or any noodle)
Veggies of your choice
Chopped peanuts
Sesame seeds

Sauce:
1 T sesame oil
1 T chili garlic sauce
2 T rice wine vinegar
2 T light soy sauce
2 T agave or maple syrup
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1.5 tsp water

Coat tofu cubes lightly with cornstarch, pan fry in a bit of oil until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Stir every few minutes. Push tofu aside and add sauce, letting bubble to thicken. Spoon over tofu and use remaining sauce to coat noodles. Serve with veggies and top with peanuts and sesame seeds. 🌿🍃🌿🍃
