Recipe for the semolina foam:
250 ml of milk, 1.5% fat
30 g of soft wheat semolina
Butter Biscuit Flavordrops @ got7nutrition
½ tsp baking powder.
Stir milk with semolina, bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Season with Flavordrops * and let cool slightly.
Add baking powder to the semolina pudding and stir in with the blender for approx. 3-5 minutes until it rises airily.
