This morning we had coconut yoghurt with the topping of mango, coconut and almonds.
Do you like eating coconut?
Ideal as a breakfast or snack in between! ,

30 g of coconut flakes
30 g almonds (peeled)
250 g of mango, 200 g of it in pieces and 50 g in small cubes
150 g coconut yoghurt (Alpro)
,
Put the grated coconut together with the almonds and the mango pieces (200g) into a blender and mix for a few seconds until everything is mixed. Then fold in the small mango cubes.
Arrange the yoghurt in bowls and top with the coconut – almond – mango puree.
