?Quinoa Spelt Breakfast Loaf?
Good morning lovelies?. This loaf is made with cooked whole quinoa giving it a moist & scrumptious texture. I also managed to get my homemade spiced date syrup in again! (This stuff is coming in handy.) Tip: I usually mix all the dry ingredients at night so only have to turn on oven and add wet ingredients in the morning.
??Lots of dishes to wash this morning! Using it as a practice in mindfulness.
?Recipe
Mix dry ingredients: 3.5c spelt flour, 1/2c sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt. Mix in wet ingredients: 2 tbsp date syrup/maple, 1c cooked quinoa, 2c plant milk. Mix wet and dry. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 about 50 minutes/until clean toothpick. Serve with homemade chia jam.
