NOURISH BOWL ✨It’s been a while since I’ve been craving one of these warm nourish bowls- summer had me craving all the sandwiches, sushi bowls and salads- but the craving is back with a vengeance 🙌🏼 Fun fact, I used to eat a bowl like this every single day for lunch in my undergrad degree because they were so easy to prep, delicious and filling! I usually switch out the sauces depending on how I’m feeling ✨.
To make 👇🏼:
Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Chop a large sweet potato. Toss both with garlic powder, smoked paprika + a pinch of salt. Roast at 450 for 25 minutes. Once done, add all components together with your choice of veg- I went with massaged kale, celery and micro greens 🌿
