NOURISH BOWL 🌿 Easy bowls have been key for me these past few weeks. While I do work from home, there’s usually so many different things going on in the day that having lunch prepped (at least partially) ahead of time is a huge game changer! 🙌🏼.
While I’m actually not a huuuge fan of salads, nourish bowls are something I can definitely get on board with. I consider nourish bowls to be a mixture of both warm and cold foods that are more than just veggies. Here I have roasted chickpeas, roasted sweet potato, red onion, quick-pickled cabbage, arugula, and my lemon tahini dressing (get the recipe for free in my sauces ebook-link in bio!). The protein (chickeas), fiber (pretty much everything), carbohydrates (sweet potato), and fats (tahini) will keep me full for much longer than just some veggies!
