200 g of flour
200 ml plant milk (e.g. soy, oats)
100 ml sunflower oil
150 g xucker
½ packet of baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
100 g chocolate spread
Mix the flour, milk, oil, xucker and baking powder. Divide the dough evenly in half into 12 muffin tins and pour in 1 tsp of chocolate spread. Put the rest of the dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and let it bake for approx. 25 minutes.
Finally I dipped them in butter and then in a cinnamon and sugar mixture. But it also tastes wonderful without.
