Lumpiang Togue ??—Filipino fried spring rolls filled with beansprouts or “togue” with a pink vinegar (as I like to call it) dipping sauce that’s a bit sweet and has some chopped red onion and chili. Lumpiang togue is also a very famous Filipino street food that you can commonly find being sold as a snack from food stalls and vendors here. It was also one of my favourites to get back either as a snack or main (to enjoy with rice!) when I was still in university since one of the food stalls in my college made really good lumping togue so I’d often get a few pieces during my break to eat before class.

Anyway, this is one of the recipes from the ‘Filipino Favourites’ section in my Vegan Kitchen eBook. You can click the link in my bio or head on to ???.??/????????? to get a copy! And of course, 2 trees will be planted for every sale.?? My eBook is also mobile and tablet friendly as long as you have a PDF reader. It’s also easy to navigate with built-in hyperlinks so you can click photos or words to jump directly to pages!

Happy weekend, guys! ✨ .
