It’s a wrap! Get it? 😉 Anyway, sharing a new recipe! These are SPICY “TUNA” CHICKPEA WRAPS with some greens, tomatoes, sprouts, pickled radish, and @simpl_sauces’ creamy smokey bacon sauce that’s soooo good I can’t wait to have it with more of my dishes 🙌🏼

I made the chickpea “tuna” spread a day before making these so it only really took a few minutes for me to prepare these wraps! Will share the recipe below!

Spicy chickpea “tuna”
1 1/3 cup chickpeas
1/3 cup tofu ranch dressing (recipe in my blog) or vegan mayo
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp paprika powder or chili powder/sriracha (adjust according to desired spice)
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard/regular mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

1. Mash the chickpeas using a fork or quickly process it in a food processor.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
