Mix 1/2c spelt flour, 1/2c oat flour, 1c plant milk, 3tbsp oil, 1/2tsp vanilla, pinch salt. Cook on griddle/skillet. (I made the crepes a little thicker than usual to support the toppings.).

Soak 1/4c hazelnuts in water. Refrigerate overnight. Wash and drain. Blend on high with 5-6 pitted chopped medjool dates, about 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 avocado flesh, 1/2 tsp vanilla, about 3-4 tbsp (macadamia) oil (depending on desired consistency).
