Happy Fryday! ✨ Celebrating my usual way with smokey sweet potato fries + hummus ?? Its been a crazy busy week, but I’ll be spending my last couple days in Nova Scotia soaking up as much time with family and friends as possible before heading back to Toronto ✨ Do you have any weekend plans? ?.
To make ??:
Slice sweet potatoes into fry shapes. Toss with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt + pepper (all to taste) and toast at 450 F for 25 minutes. Serve with hummus- my favourite recipe can be made by blending 1 can of drained + rinsed chickpeas, 3 tbsp tahini, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 large cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 cup of water or olive oil (plus more as needed).
