For me breakfast has to go quickly at the moment, that's why overnight oats. Prepared the evening before and eating the next morning. Plus protein confectionery @provista_bio_protein and I'm full until noon !! without cravings.
Add some berries or fruits that you have at home

You need :

➡1 / 2 – 1 banana

➡240 ml of plant milk
,
➡100 g tender oatmeal @ kölln_deutschland

EL2 tbsp greek yogurt
,
EL2 tbsp protein powder @provista_bio_protein
EL1 / 2 tbsp chia seeds.

Peel and dice the banana. Place the banana cubes in a sealable can.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well and put in the fridge overnight.
